Sometimes you just crave a little more robust tasting coffee in the morning, and the Keurig K-Select will give you exactly that.

One-minute Brew

If you are an individual who always rushes in the morning with a million errands to run, then the Keurig K-Select coffee brewer is for you.

The Keurig K-Select guarantees that you will have your fresh cup of brewed coffee in under a minute.

Aside from that, this coffee has a removal filter tray that could fit your favorite travel mug under 7.4 inches.

This coffee maker will take time to wait in line for your morning coffee at your local coffee shop and give you extra time for a quiet morning instead.

Easy to Use Coffee Machine

The best thing about this particular Keurig K-Select is that all you need for a perfect cup of joe is a K-cup coffee pod, and you will have your coffee in under a minute.

The design is straightforward, that one can even pass off reading the directions with how foolproof it is.

You can also program the Keurig K-Select to switch off on its own with the Auto Off setting to save you not just electricity but also time and money.

Quiet Brew Technology

This Keurig K-Select Coffee Brewer features a Quiet Brew Technology that makes your coffee brewer work silently.

Gone are the mornings where you’re nervous about the loud noises your coffee maker would make, and instead, all you’ll hear is the quiet humming and the dripping of the freshly brewed coffee in your mug.

Versatile Brewer

The Keurig K-Select Coffee Brewer has a spacy removable 52 ounces water reservoir that is easy to refill and will take you at least days before it needs filling.

The Keurig K-Select also gives you five brewing size options for a single cup: 6, 8, 10, and 12 ounces, including one for your travel mugs, and picking a size is as easy as pushing a button.

As a fantastic addition, The Keurig K-Select also allows you to dispense water straight from the coffee maker so that this coffee maker can accommodate anything from oatmeal to instant hot cocoa.

Who is it for?

The Keurig K-Select is for people who want a no-fuss coffee machine that will give you delicious and rich tasting coffee through a K-cup pod or even coffee grounds with the aid of a My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter.

Potential Drawbacks

A potential drawback to this coffee machine is its lack of features comparable to the newer Keurig coffee makers

Some features like a hot water button or even an Auto On button that many Keurig models have the Keurig K-Select coffee maker lacks.

Another thing about this coffee brewer is that it has since been discontinued, and finding a brand new coffee machine in this discontinued model might be more challenging.

FAQs

How do I descale my Keurig K-Select coffee maker?

It’s easy to descale your Keurig K-Select, and it is essential to do this at least every three months to every six months to ensure that your coffee machine is at the prime it should be.

First, make sure that there is no pod in the holder and turn your brewer off.

Empty an entire bottle of Descaling solution in your empty water reservoir, fill the same amount of water into your water tank, and turn the coffee maker on.

Run a water-only brew, selecting the largest cup size as you wait for it to brew; make sure that there is a large mug on the drip tray.

Repeat the brewing process until the “add water” light is illuminated and let it stand for thirty minutes.

When thirty minutes have passed, rinse the water reservoir thoroughly and ensure no descaling solutions are left.

After that, you do a fresh water rinse by filling the water tank with water, not beyond the MAX line and doing a water-only brew with the largest mug size.

Repeat for at least 12 rinsing brews.

What is the difference between a Keurig K-Select and a Keurig K55 or the K-Classic?

At first sight, the Keurig K-Select and the K-Classic are almost the same, but they have several differences.

First, the K-Select offers one additional single-serve cup size, and that is the 12 ounces offering.

Second, they have a difference in their water reservoir capacity, and the K-Select has 52 oz while the K-Classic only has 48 oz.

And last, the Strong Brew option, which gives a stronger taste to your coffee, is only available with the K-Select.
